Delightful independent villa with private pool, close to the centre of Manerba del Garda, 500 metres from the Lake. The lake can be reached on foot. The spacious and bright villa is on three floors, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a living room with a large window overlooking the pool, a sofa bed and a guest bathroom. The sleeping area is on the first floor and consists of a double bedroom with patio doors and a balcony, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and a full bathroom with a large shower. In the basement there is a lounge with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The property is equipped with screens. The property is surrounded by a large private outdoor space furnished with a table, sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen and sofas located by the pool. Double garage. Air conditioning is available for a fee of €0.50/kWh. If not directly charged in the booking, the tourist tax (per guest) and a security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival. Die Mitarbeiter von Booking Garda Lake sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, gut erreichbar und haben viele gute Empfehlungen und Bewertungen. Der Check-in im Haus war sehr gut beschrieben und unkompliziert. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage und ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausgezeichnete Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wie Salò in der Nähe. Auf Wunsch wurde uns kostenlos ein Hochstuhl für unser Baby zur Verfügung gestellt. Für sechs Personen ist auf jeden Fall ausreichend Platz im Haus. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder einen Urlaub bei Booking Garda Lake buchen, auch in einer anderen Unterkunft.
