From the lakeside swimming pools you can directly access the beach and the lakeside promenade that leads to the ports of Moniga and Padenghe.
Each swimming pool has bathrooms, showers and changing rooms, sun loungers, sun beds and parasols are available for guests.
Free Wi-Fi in the common areas of the residence.
The residence offers a children's play area and a private pine forest.
