On the mezzanine floor, there is the double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The property is equipped with screens. From the bedroom, you can access the solarium terrace with a lake view, from which you can admire the promontory, the bell tower of the Pieve Vecchia and the lush greenery of the woods with the characteristic olive groves in total privacy.
