The property is located near the Rocca di Manerba and just a few steps from the most famous beaches of Lake Garda, it has an equipped terrace where you can enjoy the view of the tiled roofs of the historic city and an open view of the Sirmione coast. Large swimming pool with ample green space where you can appreciate the breathtaking view towards the Island of San Biagio and the Island of Garda. The apartment consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom with exposed beams, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. The property is equipped with screens. A private covered parking space and air conditioning complete the property. If not directly charged in the booking, the tourist tax (per guest) and a security deposit of €250 will be required upon arrival.
